WorkInsights

Plans that fit the way your organization operates.

WorkInsights uses transparent device-based pricing with no setup fees and flexible monthly plans. Teams can start with Standard, move to Pro for configurable screenshots and geofencing, or choose an Enterprise rollout with isolated services and dedicated support.

Standard starts from $4 per active device per month. Pro starts from $6 per active device per month. Enterprise pricing is tailored to your organization. Creating an account is free and unlocks every Pro feature immediately on demo data with demo employees. Billing begins only when you add real employees and install the agent, with the first month priced at $1 per agent and every Pro feature still unlocked. Companies can change plans later and scale up or down as their monitored device count changes.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, once your introductory period ends. Pro continues automatically after it, so you do not need to choose a plan to keep using WorkInsights. During the first 30 days the plan cannot be changed, because that period is bought as a whole, but you can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing and you keep access until the period ends. After that, upgrades are immediate and downgrades begin with the next billing cycle.

What does it cost to get started?

Creating an account is free so you can explore Pro with demo data. When you are ready to install agents, pay $1 to start Pro for 30 days; that covers your first active device. At day 30, each additional active device costs $1. Zero or one active device means no extra first-month charge. Pro then renews automatically at $6 per active device per month, charged at the end of each monthly cycle. A device counts while monitoring is enabled, even if it is offline. Manage or cancel in Settings → Billing; any balance for the current cycle remains due.

Which plan includes attendance, leave, and timesheets?

All paid plans include clock in and out, attendance, leave requests, and timesheets. Workforce management is not gated to Pro.

How does device-based pricing work?

You pay per active device, not per employee. A device counts as active while it is enrolled and monitoring is switched on for it, so if someone uses two devices that is two devices. Turn monitoring off for a device, or remove it, before the next cycle and it drops off the bill.

What counts as an active device?

Any enrolled device with monitoring switched on at the time the cycle is billed. Note that this is based on the monitoring setting, not on whether the device actually reported data, so a machine that is enrolled and enabled but sitting idle still counts. Switch monitoring off for a device you are not using and it drops off the next bill.

What payment methods do you accept?

Self-serve plans are paid by major credit card. Enterprise deployments can be invoiced, with volume pricing and purchase-order terms arranged during onboarding.

What is included with Enterprise?

Enterprise can include isolated database, API, and dashboard services, Microsoft Intune deployment support, directory import, company-defined app and website rules, custom retention and exports, volume invoicing, and dedicated support.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Plans are month to month, with no long-term commitment required. Enterprise agreements can be structured annually if your procurement process needs that.
