The manager companion app. See who is working, hours and productivity, locations and captures, and clear the leave and attendance requests waiting for you, without opening a laptop.

Is this employee monitoring software?

It measures work activity on the company computers where you install the app, so it overlaps with employee monitoring. WorkInsights is built to give context, not a score. You choose what is collected and who can see it, it does not log keystrokes, and productivity percentages come from categories your company sets. Tell your team what is collected before you turn it on.

Which devices does it support?

The desktop agent runs on Windows 10 and 11. There is no macOS or Linux agent today. The dashboard works in any browser, and a free iPhone app lets managers check the dashboard and approve requests. Android is not available yet.

What does a productivity percentage mean?

It reflects the application and website categories your company defines. It is not a quality score or a performance rating, so use it to ask better questions rather than to rank people.

What do AI insights do?

AI Insights is in Beta. It reads activity and work patterns and returns an executive summary and alerts for a manager to review. Companies without a paid plan see sample data only.

Are GPS and screenshots always on?

No, and you stay in control. GPS locations and periodic screenshots are on Standard and Pro. Standard keeps screenshots for 24 hours and Pro for 30 days, and the geofencing view is Pro only. When monitoring is turned on for a person, screenshots are on for them by default, and an admin can switch screenshots off for any person at any time.
