Is WorkInsights HR really free?
Yes, for up to 10 people. There is no card and nothing to install. With more than 10 people, you pick a monthly plan for the whole company: up to 20 people for $19.99, up to 30 for $29.99, and up to 50 for $39.99. For more than 50, contact us.
Who counts toward the 10 people?
Everyone you add as an employee, whether you invite them or they appear through the desktop agent. Dashboard-only users such as managers who do not clock in do not count.
Can I change my team plan later?
Yes. Raising it applies straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged at once. Lowering it, or going back to the free 10, applies at your next renewal, once your people fit the smaller limit. Plans are month to month.
