You decide what is collected, who can see it, and how long it stays. Both products use TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, and an audit log of administrative changes.
What is WorkInsights?
WorkInsights is two products on one platform. HR covers attendance, leave, and clock-ins, and is free for up to 10 people. Workforce Analytics shows active time, idle time, and app use with AI summaries, from $4 per device a month.
Do I need both products?
No. Use HR on its own, Workforce Analytics on its own, or both in one account. Workforce Analytics shows sample data until you choose a plan, so you can look before you pay.
Does it work for global teams?
Yes. One workspace can cover office, remote, and hybrid teams across schedules, departments, and time zones, with each person's working day shown in their own local time.
How is this different from surveillance software?
Most monitoring tools stop at activity logs. WorkInsights connects active and idle time, company-defined productivity categories, app activity, attendance, and AI summaries so the result supports an informed conversation, not a verdict about a person. Collection settings, role-based access, private time, and human review are part of the design.
Is my data secure?
WorkInsights uses TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest through our cloud infrastructure providers. Dashboard access is scoped by role and by department, administrative changes are recorded in an audit log, and retention periods are set by the customer.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for managers. WorkInsights for iPhone is a free companion app on the App Store. It shows the dashboard, alerts, locations, and captures, and lets you approve leave, attendance, and time edit requests from your phone. Settings, billing, and installing agents stay on the web. The app collects nothing from the phone itself; activity data only ever comes from the desktop agent on company-managed computers. Sign in with your work email and a 6-digit code. Android is coming soon.
