The workday, understood in context.
WorkInsights combines active and idle time, company-defined productivity, app and website activity, attendance, timesheets, leave, AI summaries, optional GPS, and configurable screenshots in one platform.
The features page covers a closer look at every capability, including executive-level AI insights, usage patterns, app tracking, location tracking, hours worked timelines, screenshot capture, and team management. Every feature is built for clarity, not complexity, so managers can get answers fast and teams can adopt the platform with minimal training.

How quickly can my team get started?
Create the company workspace, invite employees, and install the desktop app on approved devices. Activity appears once an installed device begins sending workday data, usually the same day. Enterprise teams can also plan a guided rollout with Microsoft Intune support.
What exactly does the desktop app track?
Depending on company settings, it can record active and idle time plus apps and websites. Attendance, optional GPS location, and periodic Pro screenshots add context where an organization chooses to enable them.
Is my data secure?
WorkInsights uses TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest through our cloud infrastructure providers. Dashboard access is scoped by role and by department, administrative changes are recorded in an audit log, and retention periods are set by the customer.
Does WorkInsights handle attendance, timesheets, and leave?
Yes. Employees clock in and out with optional projects and breaks, managers review a per-day attendance view with late and early-out flags, approve attendance fix requests, and edit sessions directly. Leave requests, approvals, and per-type balances are included on every paid plan.
How is this different from surveillance software?
Most monitoring tools stop at activity logs. WorkInsights connects active and idle time, company-defined productivity categories, app activity, attendance, and AI summaries so the result supports an informed conversation, not a verdict about a person. Collection settings, role-based access, private time, and human review are part of the design.
Can I use it across remote and office teams?
Yes. Distributed teams review work hours, activity, attendance, and local schedules in one dashboard across offices, homes, and time zones. GPS stays an optional organization setting rather than the core workflow.
What happens as my company grows?
Self-serve plans are priced per active device, so you only pay for what is actively monitored. You can move between Standard, Pro, and a custom Enterprise deployment with isolated services, guided rollout, volume invoicing, and dedicated support, without re-setting up your workspace.
