Enterprise WorkInsights: dedicated infrastructure, branded deployment, hands-on support

Enterprise WorkInsights is a managed deployment that runs on dedicated database, API, and dashboard services in a hosting region you choose, with your own domain and branding, directory-based user import, custom retention rules, and a named support team through rollout and beyond.

What does a dedicated environment include?

Enterprise deployments can use dedicated PostgreSQL and file storage together with dedicated API, dashboard, and scheduled service instances. This creates clear separation between the customer's environment and shared self-serve infrastructure.

Can we choose the region, domain, and branding?

Customers can plan the hosting region, custom domain and SSL, white-label branding requirements, retention settings, and rollout method during onboarding. The result is a WorkInsights environment that fits the organization's operating model rather than a generic account configuration.

How is the agent rolled out to a managed fleet?

Enterprise teams can distribute the desktop agent through Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, SCCM, Jamf, or another device management workflow. Microsoft Entra directory import can help administrators invite employees at scale while role and department boundaries control dashboard access.

What support comes after launch?

The enterprise process includes discovery, architecture decisions, deployment validation, administrator setup, guided go-live, and ongoing support based on the agreed service model. WorkInsights stays involved as the deployment expands and operating requirements change.

What is included in a WorkInsights Enterprise deployment?

Enterprise can include isolated database, API, and dashboard services, hosting in a selected region, a custom domain and white-label branding, Microsoft Intune and other managed-fleet rollout support, directory import, company-defined app and website rules, custom retention and exports, volume invoicing, and a dedicated support relationship.

Can WorkInsights be hosted in a specific region?

Yes. Enterprise deployments can be provisioned in a selected hosting region, which is usually the requirement behind data-residency questions during procurement and security review.

How is the desktop agent deployed across a managed fleet?

Through the device management workflow you already run. WorkInsights supports distribution via Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, SCCM, Jamf, or an equivalent tool, so the agent reaches approved devices without a manual install on each machine.

How long does an Enterprise rollout take?

It depends on fleet size and internal review, but the process is the same: discovery, architecture decisions, deployment validation, administrator setup, guided go-live, and ongoing support. Talk to the enterprise team for a timeline against your environment.
